ALL IN Service Scholarships
All In Mountain Brook’s Board of Directors offers scholarships to deserving Mountain Brook High School seniors. In 2023, the scholarship was renamed to honor Dr. Dale Wisely, one of ALL IN's confounders, who recently retired as Executive Director and now serves as a consultant and frequent presenter
Eligible Students:
Scholarships will be awarded to high school seniors who reside in Mountain Brook and are scheduled to graduate from high school school in May 2023. Students who plan to attend college/university in the 2023-2024 academic year are eligible.
Criteria:

The guiding principle for selecting awardees is a history of service to youth consistent with All In’s mission to enhance and protect the lives of youth. Our primary areas of focus are community responses to substance abuse, underage drinking, mental health problems, and preventable injuries such as motor vehicle crashes.

A minimum unweighted GPA of 3.00.

Evidence of personal conduct consistent with appropriate role-modeling.

Stated interest in future involvement in service-oriented work or volunteerism, evidenced by college plans, career interests, or goals for volunteer work.

High School transcript

Two letters of recommendation, one from a teacher or educator, and one from a community member familiar with the applicant, particularly his or her volunteer service. NOTE: Applicant must request letters and have them sent to us.
