The ALL IN Mountain Brook Board of Directors awards scholarships to deserving high school seniors residing in Mountain Brook. In 2023, the scholarship was renamed in honor of Dr. Dale Wisely, a co-founder of ALL IN Mountain Brook, who retired as Executive Director that year and continues to serve as a consultant and frequent presenter.

Eligible Students:​

Scholarships will be awarded to high school seniors who reside in Mountain Brook and are expected to graduate in May 2026. Applicants must plan to attend a college or university during the 2026-2027 academic year to be eligible.

Selection Criteria:

• Demonstrated commitment to serving youth, consistent with ALL IN Mountain Brook’s mission to enhance and protect the youth population. Key focus areas include community responses to substance abuse, underage drinking, mental health challenges, and preventable injuries such as motor vehicle accidents.
   

• Minimum unweighted GPA of 3.00
   

• Evidence of personal conduct that reflects positive role-model behavior
   

• Expressed interest in future service or volunteer work, as shown through college plans, career goals, or  intended community involvement

Application:​

All application materials must be received  by May 1, 2026.
 

Applicants must submit the following:

• A completed scholarship application form

• High school transcript 
   

• Two letters of recommendation: one from a teacher or educator and one from a community member familiar with the applicant's volunteer service 

(NOTE: Applicants are responsible for requesting these letters and ensuring they are submitted to ALL IN.)
